This financial plan is actually one rough estimate of expected budget for development of The Land of Intellect. It is assumed that one hundred of by all means identical individuals will take part in this investment, although in reality this number may vary between fifty and two hundred.
The entire cost of our island is expected to fit within $10.000.000. Each investor will pay $100.000 to become owner of 1% of the island’s private area, with public surface excluded before distribution of ownership.
Public surface consists of: beach, harbor, fishing plant and area consumed by equipment intended to be used by all investors and their guests.
After ownership distribution, building process begins. One hundred cottages of stone and wood structure are supposed to cost no more than $3.300.000, including labor, plain interior and solar cells sufficient to power up computer, small refrigerator and similar equipment. Calculation also includes inverters, batteries, connections to infrastructure, etc.
In case you are asking yourself is this property worth the mortgage loan or is there any insurance that your investment will eventually pay out, you are at the wrong place, whether you have to take a loan to join us in our venture or not. What matters here is our goal and our determination. We are not here to earn money from this project but to take advantage of unique possibility to live properly.
